With this Omicron outbreak that we are currently living through, waiting to get tested can take up to hours. President Biden has recently announced that employees can now be eligible to be reimbursed through their health insurance for their purchase of over the counter at-home COVID test.
While these test are not as reliable compared to the PCR ones, it will definitely help with the new dilemma of having to wait hours just to get tested… or worse driving up to a testing site and being turned down because they are no longer accepting anyone else.
President Biden has announced that as of January 15, 2022, Americans will be eligible for these at-home COVID tests reimbursements.
