Yes, well you’re not alone. A new study preformed by American Academy of Sleep Medicine served 2,000 plus people, results showed that 80 percent stay up late at night scrolling through social media. 93 percent of Gen Z participates answered yes, showing a bigger jump between age groups. 

Numerous studies have gone in deeper about the issues we can run into during late night scrolling. Problems with sleep, mood, memory, etc. Helpful tips that health professionals advise are to set alarms, create a bedtime routine, and use your cellphone blue light feature.
